Walls built too high, did not level floors, did not gap spaces between decking fro expansion, did not glue down properly, Missed nails and cut decking out of square to miss joists support, did not use square to lopsided cutting, gaps between structural headers, headers made out of small lumber and treated lumber, improper cutting of cripple studs and improper cutting of top plates, siding put on sideways and not blocked properly- Simpson ties do not support lumber, joists not secured properly-
